FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN PEMBERIAN ASI EKSKLUSIF DI PUSKESMAS TEGALREJO YOGYAKARTA TAHUN 2015

Abstract

ABSTRAK

Pemberian ASI secara eksklusif adalah perilaku ibu memberikan ASI kepada bayinya sampai berusia 6 bulan tanpa memberikan makanan dan minuman tambahan selain obat. Rendahnya pemahaman tentang pemberian ASI Eksklusif dipengaruhi oleh faktor promosi produk susu formula,pengaruh sosial budaya dimasyarakat, status pekerjaan ibu, dukungan keluarga dan petugas kesehatan, kesehatan ibu,kesehatan bayi, tingkat pendapatan keluarga, tingkat pendidikan, dan sikap ibu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui gambaran faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemberian ASI Eksklusif di Puskesmas Tegalrejo Yogyakarta tahun 2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif desain penelitian Cross Sectional dengan variabel independen umur, pendidikan, pekerjaan, paritas, pengetahuan, manajemen laktasi, dukungan keluarga, dukungan tenaga kesehatan. Populasi adalah seluruh ibu yang memiliki bayi usia 7-12 bulan yang berkunjung di Puskesmas Tegalrejo  Yogyakarta. Sampel sejumlah 126 responden yang dipilih secara accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Analisis data yang dilakukan adalah univariat, bivariat dan multivariat. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa pencapaian pemberian ASI Eksklusif di Puskesmas Tegalrejo Yogyakarta tahun 2015 sebesar 39.7%. Variabel yang berhubungan berdasarkan analisis chi-square adalah variabel pendidikan, pekerjaan,  pengetahuan, manajemen laktasi, dukungan keluarga dan dukungan petugas kesehatan. Faktor yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan pemberian ASI Eksklusif adalah dukungan keluarga  (OR=9.628). Saran penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah agar tenaga kesehatan lebih intensif dalam memberikan penyuluhan kesehatan terutama tentang ASI Eksklusif.

 ABSTRACT

 Granting exclusive breastfeeding is the behavior of mother to their babies breast milk until the age of 6 months without providing food and drinks in addition to medication. The low level of the understanding about Eksklusif breastfeeding was affected by the promotion factor of the milk formula,effect sosio-culture in the community, the employment status of the women of the family's support and the official of the health, the health of the women, the health of the baby, the income of the family, the level of education, and the women attitude. The aim of this research was to learn the picture of factors that were correlation with Eksklusif breastfeeding in the Community Health Centre of Tegalrejo Yogyakarta in 2015. This research used the quantitative approach the design of the Cross Sectional research variabel the age independent, education, the work,  parity, knowledge,  the management of lactation, the family's support, health man power. The population was all the mother who had the age baby 7-12 months that visited at the Community Health Centre of Tegalrejo Yogyakarta. The sample totalling 126 respondents that was chosen in an accidental manner sampling. The data collection used the primary and secondary data.

The analysis of the data that was carried out was univariat, bivariat and multivariat. Results of the analysis proved that the achievement of giving heeded Eksklusif in the Community Health Centre of Tegalrejo Yogyakarta in 2015 of 39,7%.
