FAKTOR MOTIVASI DAN SIKAP YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KINERJA BIDAN DALAM PEMANTAUAN PENCATATAN PELAPORAN POSYANDU DI WILAYAH KERJA DINAS KESEHATAN KABUPATEN MAGELANG TAHUN 2014

Abstract

Pemantauan pencatatan pelaporan posyandu sebagai upaya dalam memperbaiki pencatatan pelaporan yang  belum sempurna,   hanya dilaksanakan oleh kader di wilayah Puskesmas Kabupaten Magelang .pelaksanaannya belum maksimal dibuktikan dengan adanya beberapa bidan yang belum melaksanakan pemantauan pencatatan pelaporan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan  kinerja bidan Desa  dalam Pemantauan pencatatan pelaporan posyandu  di Wilayah kerja Dinas Kesehatan  Kabupaten Magelang  Tahun 2014.

Jenis penelitian Explanatory Research dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik sampling menggunakan proportionate random sampling. Variabel penelitian yaitu sikap, motivasi. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis yang digunakan adalah Rank Spearman’s  dan analisis uji statistic multivariate SEM

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kinerja bidan  baik (56,1%), sikap  baik (53,7%), motivasi  tidak baik (57,3%), Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara Sikap (p= 0,001), motivasi (p=0,001), dengan kinerja bidan dalam pemantauan pencatatan pelaporan posyandu , Analisis bersama diperoleh hasil variabel sikap mempunyai coefisien korelasi yang paling kuat.

Disarankan bagi Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Magelang dan pihak Puskesmas untuk membuat jadwal supervisi secara rinci sesuai program Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak serta mensosialisasikan kepada bidan Puskesmas mengenai bahan supervisi (dokumen yang harus disiapkan) dan jadwal supervisi tersebut.

 ABSTRACT

 Monitoring of Recording  report in an effort to improve neighborhood health center recording and reporting of adverse neighborhood health center has not been reported correctly. Recording is useful for detecting of risks to pregnant women, childbirth, infant and child.  The implementation of reporting is the task of reporting on neighborhood health center cadre, but the midwife still have to monitor the quality of records (accuracy, completeness). In implementation in Magelang was not all midwives carrying out the monitoring task (58.5%). The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to performance in a village midwife recording monitoring reporting childhood facilities in work area

DHO Magelang 2014.

                The type of  ranesearch in this study is Explanatory Research study with cross sectional approach. Sampling techniques using proportionate random sampling.  The population is 347  village midwives, the midwife as the sample of 82 respondents. Research variables namely  attitudes, motivation,  Instrument research using questionnaires. The analysis used is Spearman’s Rank and SEM analisys of multivariate statisticaltests.       

The results showed several variables with both criteria, namely: the performance of midwives (56.1%),attitude (53.7%), whereas the variable is not a good criteria is motivation (57.3%), .The results showed all the variables has significant relationship between  attitude (p = 0.001), motivation (p = 0.001), with performance midwife in a recording monitoring reporting neighborhood health center, together with SEM to test because there is a relationship (coefien corelation = 0.644 ) relationship was mast strongly linked to actitude

                Suggested for Magelang District Health Office and the health center to schedule an appropriate supervision detailed maternal and child health programs and socialized to the health center midwife supervision of materials (documents to be prepared) and the supervision schedules.
