HUBUNGAN TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN IBU TENTANG POSYANDU DENGAN KEPATUHAN IBU DATANG KE POSYANDU DI DESA MAYUNGSARI BENER PURWOREJO

Abstract

Posyandu merupakan program pemerintah tentang kesehatan yang dilaksanakan di desa-desa, cakupan posyandu banyak yang tidak mencapai target yang ditentukan pemerintah.MDGs  merupakan program yang dicanangkan oleh PBB dalam mempercepat penurunan AKI dan AKB, dimana program MDGs AKI dengan mengurangi ¾ dan AKB 2/3.Jumlah posyandu di Indonesia 242.124 dan cakupan pemanfaatan hanya 50%. Cakupan D/S posyandu di desa Mayungsari pada bulan Januari sebesar 56,2% di bawah target sebesar 80% .

Tujuan : Untuk mengetahuai apakah ada hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan ibu tentang posyandu dengan kepatuhan ibu datang ke posyandu di desa Mayungsari, Kecamatan Bener, Kebupaten Purworejo?

Metode Penelitian : Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Mayungsari, Desain penelitian adalah Cross sectional. Subjek penelitian ibu yang mempunyai anak umur 12-59 bulan di desa Mayungsari. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan metode total sampling.Variabel bebas tingkat pengetahuan dan variabel terikat kepatuhan, Jumlah sampel 59 orang, uji statistik yang dipakai chi square, data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah primer dan data sekunder.

Hasilnya : Tingkat pengetahuan ibu tentang posyandu   baik sebanyak 66,1%, Responden yang patuh datang ke posyandu sebanyak 71,2%. Nilai uji statistik χ2 = 6,621 dan nilai p value = 0.036 sedangkan nilai C = 0.318, menjelaskan hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan dengan kepatuhan.

Kesimpulan : Ada hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan ibu tentang posyandu dengan kepatuhan ibu datang ke posyandu berdasarkan nilai χ2 = 6,621 dan p value 0,036, dengan kekuatan hubungan pada penelitian ini keeratan sedang dengan nilai C= 0,318

Kata kunci : Tingkat Pengetahuan  dan kepatuhan ibu ke posyandu.

ABSTRACT

Background : Posyandu is the goverment program dealing both health sector which is done is villages, yet many   programs are not achieved. MDG is UND’s program to accelerate the decrease of AKI and AKB, which is MDG’s AKI program by reducing 3⁄4 and AKB  2⁄3. The total number of Posyandu in Indonesia 242.124 and only 50% is used well by the society.  D/S posyandu involved at Mayungsari on Januari is 56,2% under the target 80%.

Objective: To know whether the relationship between mother’s knowledge about Posyandu with mother’s obsdience ti come to posyandu at Mayungsari, Bener diskrict, Purworejo regency

Menthode:  This Research is in  Mayungsari village. The research design is sectional cross. Research subject is mother whos son/ in Mayungsari village.Total sampling is the way how to take the sample. Free variable level knowledge and bound variabel obedience, sum of sample is 59 mother, statistik test used is chi square, The data to research used is primer and seconder.daughter at the age of 12-59 month

 Result: The level of mother’s kowledge about Posyandu is good 66,1%, the respondents who come to posyandu regularly is 71,2%. The result of the statistics test compared χ2=6,621 and compared to p value = 0,036 as for compared C = 0,318, explains that the relationship between mother’s kowledge level about posyandu with there obedience.

Conclution : There is relationship between the level of mother knowledge about posyandu with mother obidience coming to posyandu based on the value χ2=6,621 and value of p 0,036, with the relationship power on this research is middle level, the score C =0,318
