HUBUNGAN TINGKAT KEPERCAYAAN IBU HAMIL TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN DUKUN BAYI DENGAN PEMILIHAN JENIS TENAGA PENOLONG PERSALINAN DI PUSKESMAS BANCAK KECAMATAN BANCAK KABUPATEN SEMARANG

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Masalah kematian itu masih merupakan masalah pokok yang dihadapi oleh bangsa Indonesia. Di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Bancak dari 354 kelahiran pada tahun 2008, 88,7% persalinan ditangani oleh bidan dan 11,3 % persalinan ditangani oleh dukun. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat kepercayaan ibu hamil terhadap kemampuan dukun bayi dengan pemilihan jenis tenaga penolong persalinan.

Metode dan Subyek : Metode penelitian adalah cross sectional study. Populasi adalah ibu hamil berjumlah 109 orang. Sampel diambil dengan metode quata sampling yang berjumlah 86 orang. Analisa data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat.

Hasil : Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan hubungan yang bermakna antara tingkat kepercayaan ibu hamil terhadap kemampuan dukun bayi dengan pemilihan jenis tenaga penolong persalinan dengan nilai p 0,001 < 0,05.

ABSTRACT

Background : The problem of death is still the main problem faced by the nation of Indonesia. In the area of workplace health Bancak from 354 births in the year 2008, 88.7% by midwives childbirth and childbirth 11.3% by the shaman. Goal of this research is to know the level of trust in relation to the ability of mother pregnancy with a labor helper baby selection of the type of auxiliary health.

Method and Subject : Method of research is a cross sectional study. Population is the mother pregnancy of 109 people. Research sample is taken with the sampling method quata of 86 people. The data analysis done in univariat and bivariat.

Results : Test results showed statistically meaningful relationship between the level of confidence in the ability of mother pregnancy with a labor helper baby selection of the type of confinement with auxiliary value 0.001 p <0.05.
